Prof. Dr. Ir. Ar. Fermanto Lianto, M.T., IAI is a senior architect with over three decades of experience in architectural design and project management. Born in Jakarta on July 5, 1964, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Universitas Tarumanagara, followed by a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the same institution. He later obtained a Doctorate in Architecture from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan.
With his extensive expertise, he has not only made significant contributions as an academic and lecturer at Universitas Tarumanagara but has also been actively involved in various commercial projects, including office buildings, shopping centers, and manufacturing industries. In addition, he serves as the Development and Cooperation Manager at the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Tarumanagara, and holds the position of architect at PT. Doorplus Harpadwi Putra.
His commercial project portfolio showcases his expertise in handling various scales of development. One of his flagship projects is Grandadap City, an integrated complex in Dadap, Tangerang, which includes a shopping center, hotel, and six blocks of seven-story apartments. This mixed-use development is designed to accommodate modern urban living needs within a single, integrated environment.
Additionally, he has been involved in the United Bike project, comprising showrooms and offices in Alam Sutera, Tangerang, and Surabaya. These five- to six-story buildings are designed to support the company’s operational needs and branding strategy.
In the industrial sector, Prof. Fermanto has contributed to the design of the GREE factory in the Modern Cikande Industrial Area and warehouse complexes in PKT 3, Cikupa, showcasing his expertise in industrial and logistics facility design.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ir. Ar. Rudy Trisno, M.T., IAI, HDII is a renowned architect and interior designer who has been actively contributing to the industry since 1990, specializing in the design of various building types, including residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. As a consultant, he emphasizes design concepts that not only consider functionality and aesthetics but also adapt to urban environments and incorporate Feng Shui principles to create harmony between buildings and their users.
Some of his notable projects include Tubagus Angke Office (8 floors, West Jakarta), Cik Ditiro Apartment (7 floors + basement, Menteng), and Caffe Villa Bali (2 floors + basement, Bali), all of which showcase his expertise in creating functional yet elegant spaces.
His design approach goes beyond maintaining quality standards; it also takes into account clients’ budgets, ensuring optimal solutions without compromising financial constraints. With over three decades of experience, Rudy Trisno has earned the trust of numerous clients and is a professional member of the Indonesian Institute of Architects (IAI) and the Indonesian Society of Interior Designers (HDII). He also holds professional certifications as a Principal Architect and Intermediate Interior Designer, along with extensive experience in budget planning, architectural feasibility studies, and project cost analysis.
Rudy Trisno has handled various commercial projects that reflect his functional and aesthetic design approach. One of his notable projects is Tubagus Angke Office, an eight-story office building situated on a 993 m² site with a total floor area of 3,500 m². This project highlights his expertise in designing efficient and modern workspaces in the heart of West Jakarta.
Additionally, he designed Cik Ditiro Apartment in the Menteng area, a seven-story residential building covering a total area of 5,500 m², offering a comfortable and exclusive urban living concept.
Beyond office and apartment projects, Dr. Rudy Trisno also designed Caffe Villa Bali, a two-story structure that blends café and villa concepts in Bali. The design emphasizes tropical character with natural and open elements, creating a spatial experience that harmonizes with its surroundings. In the industrial sector, he contributed to the design of a noodle factory in Tangerang Regency, demonstrating his ability to manage large-scale projects with specific functional requirements.

Geri Leofan Wijaya, S.T. is an architect and Interior Designer with experience since 2010 both in the field of design consultant, residential contractor, and as a designer in charge in hotel construction management. Geri is very focused on Interior Design and Decoration for residential, hotel, and office interiors.
Geri previously studied in Bandung majoring in Architectural Engineering at the Indonesian Computer University, and is now a member of PARABI (Perkumpulan Arsitektur dan Ahli Rancang Bangun Profesional Indonesia). As a designer, Geri already has a competency certificate in the field of construction services with the classification of Landscape Architecture, Illumination, and Interior Design, with a sub-license of Interior Design and Expert Qualification at the National Professional Certification Agency (SKK).
Before being an expert at PT. Interlude, he had worked in Construction Management at the Luxton Cirebon Hotel as an Interior Designer in charge. In 2014, he became a Studio Manager at Aseha Interior Bandung for 6 years. Geri moved to Jakarta in 2023 and became an Interior Designer at Kezia Karin Studio, and is currently joining PT. Interlude Design as an expert and Head of Studio.
One of the works that has been created is the 4-star Hotel The Luxton Cirebon as Interior Design. He was also Design in Charge at Agriaku Office at Luminary Tower – Thamrin Nine Complex, Interior Design In Charge for Booth TACO at Indo Build Tech (Winning 3rd place Booth Award 2023), Interior Design In Charge for Sama Yoga PIK, and Interior Design for Interskala in Cikande.
Geri also supports several F&B tenant designs such as Kwetiau Aho, Rujak Medan, Pempek Kenari, Baso Afung, Soto H. Mamat, and residential projects in Bandung, Jakarta, Surabaya, Lombok, and Bali, as well as several other designs.

Currently, he is actively engaged in the design of medical facilities, including the Container Clinic in collaboration with Kesira and the Health Agency of Partai Gerindra, as well as various hospital facility designs, such as Hemodialysis Rooms, Outpatient Clinics at Rumah Indonesia Sehat Hospital BSD, RSUP Padang M.
